After talking to Alex Page from Revitworks he pointed me to a free option to upgrade Revit Families using Dynamo and and package called Rhythm.
Don’t worry you don’t have to be a Dynamo wizard to do this as all the hard work has been done for you by the creators of the Rhythm package.
In the below video I show just how easy it is to upgrade your entire Revit Family library to the latest release.
